Session 1: Gynecology
Gynecology is a branch of medicine that focuses on keeping an eye on pregnant and breastfeeding women.Additionally, their primary focus is on diagnosing and treating diseases affecting the female reproductive system.Hormone issues, infertility, menopause, and birth control are additional health issues for women that the gynecologist may be able to assist with.A specialist in women's reproductive health is known as a gynecologist. After a baby is delivered, an obstetrician's primary responsibility is to supervise and care for the mother.Additionally, they assist the gynecologist during childbirth.A well-trained obsessive-compulsive doctor can handle all of these scenarios. However, due to variations in time, the majority of women see an OB-GYN at least once a year, while others may consider seeing their regular primary care physicians.

Session 2: Fetal and Maternal Medicine
The development of numerous technologies that can be used to manage and monitor maternal-fetal health has accelerated the beginning of maternal-fetal medicine. It was originally known as perinatal medicine, but due to its expansion over the past two decades, they were also given the new name.A number of cutting-edge and useful technologies are being implemented in maternal fetal medicine, which is making a significant contribution to the well-being of newborns by focusing on their health and development. With advances in genomics and diagnosis, prenatal screening made it possible to identify fetal cell-free DNA fragments in the maternal circulation, and it demonstrated the usefulness of chromosomal microarrays. It is a useful method because it can test for microduplications and microdeletions in addition to aneuploidies.

Session 3: Prenatal Healthline
The health of a woman is crucial to the well-being of her baby. The majority of women prefer to receive regular prenatal care, regular exercise, and healthy food to successfully give birth to a healthy baby.advised to all pregnant women to avoid problems during their pregnancy.By eating well during pregnancy, you can reduce the risk of birth defects. This is also important for a healthy baby's weight at birth and a healthy brain development in the fetus. In addition to natural foods, pregnant women should take prenatal vitamins because it can be difficult for them to plan a three-nutrient-rich diet on a regular basis. These vitamins can help them eat their regular diet and provide the extra nutrients a growing fetus needs.Because this should not have any negative effects on the developing fetus, it is essential to make wise choices for a healthier lifestyle during pregnancy. As a result, avoiding drugs, alcohol, and smoking is strongly recommended.

Session 4: Neonatology
Neonatology is a broad subfield of pediatrics that emphasizes providing medical care to infants, particularly newborns.Premature and ill newborn infants receive extensive care. It is prevalent in neonatal intensive care units and is especially well-established in hospitals.Infants with sepsis, low birth weight, pulmonary hypoplasia, prematurity, congenital malformation, and intrauterine growth restriction receive special medical care in this high-protection zone. Neonatal nurse practitioners are skilled nurses who focus on providing care to newborns. They are able to serve, plan, give advice, make a diagnosis, and carry out the procedures that are not outside their scope of practice and are outlined in the laws of both the hospital where they work and where they live.

Session 5: Clinical Research in Maternal Fetal Medicine
The field of healthcare science known as clinical research in prenatal medicine is concerned with establishing the efficacy of prenatal care-specific devices, procedures, medications, and diagnostic tools. Additionally, these are utilized for the treatment, alleviation of symptoms, diagnosis, and prevention of both the mother and the fetus. Clinical research is distinct from clinical practice. In clinical practice, treatments are utilized that have already been developed, whereas in clinical research, verifications and confirmations are saved in order to initiate a treatment. Each new drug-related clinical trial will go through four phases. Each phase's drug approval procedure is taken into account as each trial.

Session 6: Gynecologic Oncology
The specialized field of medicine known as Gynecologic oncology focuses primarily on cancers of the female reproductive system, such as uterine, vulvar, vaginal, ovarian, and cervical cancers. Gynecologic oncologists are specialists who have extensive training and knowledge in the diagnosis and treatment of this type of cancer. They lead treatment for women's gynecologic cancer. Before beginning treatment, it is critical to consult with a gynecologic oncologist to determine the most appropriate level of supervision and treatment. The professional organizations for gynecologic oncologists are the European society of gynecologic oncology and the society of gynecologic oncology for the gynecologic oncologist and other physicians involved in the treatment of gynecologic cancers. The professional organization is the Gynecologic Oncology Group. In order to educate women about the signs and symptoms of gynecologic cancer and ovarian cancer, as well as the significance of a premature diagnosis, September is designated as gynecologic cancer awareness month.

Session 7: Birth Defects
Birth defects are health-related issues that affect the fetal body when a few babies have problems with their body parts and organs while they are still in the womb, as well as problems with how they work and how the body converts food into energy. From the minor birth defects that are regarded as a disability or require medical or surgical treatment to the severe birth defects that can be easily cured without treatment, there are at least 4000 distinct types of birth defects. A baby born with a structural birth defect has any body part that is malformed or missing. Heart defects are the structural effect that occurs the most frequently. Cleft palate, congenital dislocated hip, spina bifida, and clubfoot are some other common birth defects. A metabolic birth defect occurs when a problem in the body of the baby is connected to body chemistry. However, the majority of the time, the doctor was unable to determine the cause of the baby's birth defect.

Session 8: Nurse Midwifery
A licensed healthcare professional who specializes in childbirth and women's reproductive health is known as a nurse midwife. They also handle births, conduct annual exams, provide counseling, and write prescriptions. According to the International Confederation of Midwives, the nurse midwife has all the skills needed to be a midwife.Additionally, they have exceptional experience as registered nurses. They are eligible to practice as a nurse midwife and receive certification as a certified nurse-midwife once they have completed their education in registered nursing and midwifery. CNMs' primary goal is to provide women with lifetime care, including care for their pregnancies, postpartum periods, birth control, and overall health. In most cases, CNM works with a doctor to provide the benefits of midwifery to women who might be in danger.

Session 9: Obstetricians Roles and Responsibilities
An MFM specialist is a doctor who helps women who have problems during pregnancy and are at high risk for labor. An MFM specialist will serve as a pivotal member of a medical team when a mother is carrying twins, which is considered a complicated pregnancy. These doctors are often referred to as obstetricians, and they have also practiced high-risk pregnancy for three years. As a result, they are referred to as perinatologists or high-risk pregnancy doctors. They provide routine prenatal care to women whose pregnancies are complicated. Additionally, they assist in the management of the mother's actual health issues, such as diabetes and high blood pressure.monitors and tests the baby's growth and development by regularly performing an ultrasound. Through procedures like chorionic villus sampling, umbilical cord sampling, and amniocentesis, they also look for birth defects, heart problems, blood disorders in growing babies, and genetic disorders identifies the pregnancy's future risk and makes recommendations.

Session 10: Bariatric Surgery and Pregnancy
A wide range of procedures used on obese patients make up bariatric surgery. By removing a small portion of the stomach, using a gastric band, or crossing out and re-directing the small intestine into a small pouch in the stomach during this procedure, weight loss is achieved. The obstetrician must be informed of the type of bariatric surgery performed, such as the gastric band, a stomach banding procedure, or the Roux-en-Y, also known as gastric bypass. The Obstetrician should know if the patient had any complications from the surgery, such as a blood transfusion or clot, additional surgeries, etc., in order to avoid risks during pregnancy. The majority of women who previously had an irregular menstrual cycle experience regular menstruation following bariatric surgery, increasing the likelihood of pregnancy. One of the best advice from professionals is to wait 18 months to reach your weight loss goals after bariatric surgery so you can have a healthy pregnancy. According to some studies, women who became pregnant right after surgery also had healthy pregnancies and deliveries. This was only possible because the obstetrician closely monitored the women's diet and weight.

Session 11: Prenatal Screening and Diagnosis
A group of procedures known as prenatal screening tests are carried out on a pregnant woman to see if her unborn child exhibits any signs or symptoms of specific birth defects. Most of these tests don't hurt. These are typically performed during the first and second trimesters, though in rare instances it may also be performed during the third. After the screening test, the existing specific risk and its possibilities can be determined. The primary factor in determining the diagnostic approach will be the screening test's positive results. Glucose tolerance tests are one type of routine prenatal screening test that can be used to check for gestational diabetes. Other than this, there are additional screening tests that are only given to women who are at a high risk of having a healthy baby. When a woman lives in areas where tuberculosis is common, she should have a tuberculin skin test while she is pregnant. This condition is suggested.

Session 12: Umbilical Study
During pregnancy, the umbilical cord serves as a lifeline for both you and your unborn child.Blood that is rich in nutrients and oxygen can flow to your baby through the cord. The baby's waste is also carried away by the cord. The umbilical cord has two arteries and one vein and connects your baby to your placenta. The physical and emotional bond that exists between the mother and the fetus is regarded as the umbilical cord. This structure allows waste products to be eliminated maternally while simultaneously transferring oxygen and nutrients from the maternal circulation into the fetal circulation.

Session 13: Infertility- Recent Facts
When a couple is unable to conceive despite regular unsafe sex, this is called infertility.Getting pregnant might be difficult for any one of the partners. It also includes women who were unable to conceive to full term. Most commonly, it means that the couple has not used birth control for a year and has had regular sexual interactions, even though they are not having children.Around 10% of women between the ages of 15 and 44 worldwide are evaluated for having difficulties conceiving or remaining pregnant.8 to 12 percent of couples worldwide experienced this kind of fertility issue. The ability to conceive begins around the age of 32, and age plays a major role.Infertility in humans is also caused by a number of risk factors, including smoking, drinking alcohol, being overweight, having an eating disorder, not getting enough exercise and nutrition, some sexually transmitted infections, exposure to chemicals, and mental stress. These factors influence female ovulation and male sperm production, miscarriage, infertility, and the likelihood of conceiving.

Session 14: Preterm Birth and Prevention
The definition of preterm birth is when a baby is delivered before 32 weeks of pregnancy. Experts identify this as the primary cause of neonatal mortality and morbidity. As a result, one of the primary objectives in obstetric care is to prevent PTB.Patients should be categorized according to the risk factors they have, such as obesity, high blood pressure, etc., for the best PTB prevention,As a result, obstetric history and screening tools will both contribute to preventing preterm births.Pessaries, progesterone, cerclage, and measuring women's cervical length are some of the preventative measures. The specific population of pregnant women may require different screening and prevention strategies. The primary function of progesterone, or oestrogen, is to prevent one or more short cervix pregnancies in women who have had a PTB problem in the past or who have a PTB problem in the past. To prevent the recurrence, progesterone is used, and a cerclage is used.Morbidity and mortality from spontaneous PTB must be reduced, which can be accomplished through close collaboration between pharmaceutical companies, medical professionals, patient organizations, and international governments.

Session 15: Multifetal Pregnancy
One in every 70 to 80 births results in a multifetal pregnancy. Ovarian stimulation, assisted reproduction, maternal age, and previous multifetal pregnancies are all risk factors.Women with multifetal pregnancies also have an increased risk of preeclampsia, preterm birth, growth restriction, gestational diabetes, postpartum hemorrhage, and cesarean section.Preterm delivery occurs at an average gestational age of 35-36 weeks for twins, 32 weeks for triplets, and 30 weeks for quadruplets due to the inflated uterus. The fetus' abnormal structural presentation may result from this. After the first child is born, the uterus may shrink, putting the remaining fetuses in danger by removing the placenta. Due to the fact that uterine distention hinders postpartum uterine contraction, it occasionally results in maternal hemorrhage and atony. Prenatal ultrasonography can confirm a multifetal pregnancy, which is a possibility if the uterus is large enough for dates. Cesarean birth is the only treatment for preventing fetuses. When the fetuses are in vertex presentation, this is typically suggested.

Session 16: Application of Herbal Treatment in Fetal Development and Health
At present there is an increase in use of herbal medicines and treatment during pregnancies. Some of the most commonly used herbs during pregnancy are chamomile, ginger, valerian, bitter kola, peppermint, cranberry, raspberry leaf, thyme, green tea, sage, garlic, anise and fenugreek. The practice of herbal medicine during pregnancy is depends on the age, income level and educational status of the women. The herbal medicines are majorly preferred during pregnancy for treating nausea and vomiting, also to reduce the risk of shorten and preeclampsia, to treat urinary tract infection and common cold. Usage of herbal medicine during pregnancy infrequently may cause troubles like allergic reactions, increased blood flow, abortion, miscarriage, Heartburn and pre-mature labor. It is not safe for the fetus if a first trimester is suggested to herbal medicine. Before consuming any herbal medicine during pregnancy there is always an expert’s advice is suggested. These unfortunate consequences of herbal medicine and treatment needs a further study to prove their convenient to approach.

Session 17: Medical Impediments in Pregnancy
The company that does not comprehend the actual needs of some pregnant women and the reasons why it is not sufficient for a pregnant woman to consume it is the one that will be responsible for increasing the supply of prenatal care.Because each person still faces challenges in obtaining the necessary prenatal care.Financial obstacles, such as issues with private insurance and health insurance, are among the social barriers pregnant women face. The low income of the women is another factor that contributes to the inadequate availability of the prenatal care system.Prenatal care utilization can also be constrained by personal factors, cultural influences, and issues with the business, procedures, and environment of prenatal care itself.Pregnant women can get the information they need about the fetus's growth and development, the physical and physiological challenges they face after delivery, the specific tests they need to take, and nutrition during pregnancy. These are only taken into consideration when someone is ill, has problems during pregnancy, or has a disease. When developing rules, regulations, and educational programs that can assist women in society today and in the future, pregnant women's needs must be taken into consideration because they require extensive knowledge to care for themselves and their babies.

Session 18: Advances in Global Women Health
Health disparities based on gender are prevalent worldwide. These unbalanced treatments are more prevalent in poorer nations than in wealthier ones.Women from developing nations face the majority of these crises and lack basic health care needs, resulting in life-threatening health issues. Some significant issues that concern developing nations include child marriage, female genital mutilation, maternal mortality, the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV/AIDS), and cervical cancer. Gynecology and obstetrics is one of the most important organizations working to improve women's health around the world. They believe that problems will make it more important to be aware of what needs to be done to improve women's lives. When the issue of women's health received international attention, it became a global demand. In spite of the efforts made by the government and other organizations to achieve these objectives, sex-based health inequality persists in some developing nations. Even though more women will be able to get an education and find work, they still face problems like illiteracy, child marriage, and mortality and morbidity. This has an impact not only on women but also on their families, children, and society as a whole.
